From Dublin International Airport:

Take the exit for the M1 motor way (signposted Dublin). Continue forward onto Swords Road - N1. Entering Dublin, continue 4 miles forward onto Church Street - R108. Continue forward onto Lower Bridge Street, right onto Thomas Street ,continue forward onto James's Street. You will reach the Guinness Brewery, Left onto Echlin Street, left at T junction continue to 2nd left on to Bond street ( 9 on the corner ).
